SHIPPING WITHIN U.S.A.

Shipping charges are based on the amount of each order placed. The minimum charge is based on the current fee for Priority Mail with USPS. All orders within U.S.A. are sent Priority Mail. Current shipping charges within the U.S.A. are as follows:

• Orders totaling $50.00 or less, before taxes - shipping = $5.50
• Orders totaling $51.00 - $99.99, before taxes - shipping = $8.00
• Orders totaling $100.00 or more, before taxes - shipping is FREE

Deliveries by other means must be requested by special arrangement and all related charges prepaid by the requestor.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF U.S.A.

Shipping charges for orders outside of U.S.A. are based upon charges at the time of shipment. Orders outside of U.S.A. will be shipped using International Express Mail with USPS. All custom taxes and duties involved with shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Payment for all shipment and related charges must be received prior to actual shipment. Deliveries by other means must be requested by special arrangement and prepaid by the requestor.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

No returns after 30 days. All returns require prior return authorization. Downloaded files and special orders are ineligible for return. A restocking charge of 15% will be made on merchandise returned for reasons other than defects. Payment accepted by credit card requires submission of the billing address by matching the address on the credit card.

Notice to all users of products supplied by Nisbet Scripture Study Tapes: The only obligation of Nisbet Scripture Study Tapes shall be to replace such products as proven defective with the same or similar product of equivalent value. Nisbet Scripture Study Tapes will not be liable for injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential arising out of use of our products. User shall determine the suitability of the products and assume all risks and liabilities in the use of the same.
